ORDER PROCESSING Thank you for choosing AuraShield! All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been dispatched.

SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES We are proud to offer reliable delivery across the United Kingdom.

• Estimated Delivery Time: 4 to 8 working days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, rather than the date of order.

ORDER TRACKING Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number so you can check the status of your pet's new shield. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the courier's system.

MISSING OR DELAYED PARCELS If you haven’t received your order within 8 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@shopaurashield.store with your name and order number, and we will resolve the issue for you immediately.
